Victoria Bachan is the Global President of Sixteenth, one of the leading global 360° Creator talent management companies. As the home of “good influence,” Sixteenth builds the careers and businesses of top Creators through strategic partnerships. As President, Victoria oversees a team of 43 managers and over 300 diverse Creators, while spearheading the company’s expansion efforts. Sixteenth is one of six companies under the global creator company Whalar Group.

Victoria and her team collaborate with some of today’s brightest Creators, including People’s Choice Award winner Doug the Pug, creator and professional dancer, Dexter Carr, visual artist and best-selling author Adam J. She is a sought-after expert in the Creator Economy, contributing thought leadership to Rolling Stone, speaking at Cannes Lions, and helping launch Tribeca’s Creator Vertical. Honored by Campaign US 2024 and Business Insider, Victoria was also named to Variety's UP NEXT Dealmakers 2019 List. Committed to diversity, 61% of her roster identifies as BIPOC. Victoria also mentors South Asian executives and supports fundraising for Play Inspired.

In this role, Amron leads a team of 25 Talent Managers to strategically advance talent development and foster long-term partnerships. His roster includes leading digital Creators such as Zach Jelks, Alessandro Cardoso, and Dr. Charles Puza, and he has achieved remarkable success collaborating with top brands including Amazon, Google, L'Oréal, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Samsung, and Universal.

Amron’s expertise lies in advancing the careers and brands of diverse talent in digital and traditional entertainment. With a proven track record of securing high-impact partnerships and opportunities globally, he has brokered major deals with top companies including Facebook, YouTube, Nestlé, Nike, and Globe Telecommunications.

Amron began his career at CAA in 2011 and previously worked as a Digital Talent Manager at Authentic Talent and Literary Management. Kiera Pérez is the UK Director of Talent at Sixteenth, one of the leading global 360° Creator talent management companies and part of Whalar Group. A dynamic talent leader in the Creator Economy, she is committed to fostering long-term success for Creators and exploring opportunities beyond digital spaces. Since joining Sixteenth in 2021 as an Influencer Talent Coordinator, Kiera has rapidly risen to leadership, driving the growth of Creators like Tam Kaur from 30,000 to over 3 million subscribers.

Kiera leads a team focused on exceptional service for Creators and brands. She has achieved a 7% increase in repeat business and sustained revenue growth for her clients. Previously, Kiera was on the partnerships team at Havas Media, working with brands like PayPal and the BBC.
